**Job Description**:
ADGA Group Consultants Inc is hiring a Senior Business System Analyst to improve the efficiency, reliability, and security of the government’s IT infrastructure, increase productivity across departments and agencies and support the vision of a modern public service.

Job Tasks:

- Develop and document a detailed statement of requirements for proposed solutions, recommended in the preliminary analysis report.
- Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
- Identify modifications to automated processes.
- Interact and report with both clients and senior management (defined as Director or above) on project status, issues and results
- Support and use the selected departmental methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- A university degree at the Bachelor level in Information Technology (computer science or engineering), Business, or other related field to the position; **OR** A minimum of ten (10) years work experience in the IT field.
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience performing tasks similar to those listed above
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience supporting senior management with strategic direction and planning associated to Information Technology projects or initiatives.
- Experience working as a Business System Analyst on over five (5) IM/IT projects in each of the following:

- Preparing assessment(s) on the current state of the technical design.
- Developing detailed functional and non-functional requirement documents for IT solutions.
- Experience in over four (4) projects preparing analyzing data and preparing gap analysis results for senior management.
- Over seven (7) years of experience identifying and documenting information technology business processes for re-design, prototype potential solutions providing options and suggest a recommended course of action.
- Over five (5) years of experience in knowledge transfer and cross training within a multidisciplinary organization.
- Over five (5) years of experience, within the last 7 years, in gathering, prioritizing, analyzing and consolidating business requirements via interacting with the end users of one/multiple services and various project/program stakeholders.
- Completed training covering QualiWare Lifecycle Manager (QLM) **OR** at least one year of hands-on experience using QualiWare to create architecture artifacts.

Additional Information
**Normal Working Hours**

Normal working hours will be no earlier than 07:00 to no later than 18:00 Eastern Time Monday through Friday (with the exception of statutory holidays as defined by the province of work). The Contractor will be expected to work 7.5 hours/day within normal working hours.

**Work Location**

The Contractor’s work will be performed on-site

**Security Clearance**

The proposed resource must hold a minimum of a valid Secret Security Clearance issued by PSPC-SPAC and provide both file number and expiry date at time of submission
