**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning documents, and managing correspondence, data entry using Sage 50
- Ensure the front office area is organized, clean, and welcoming.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and familiarity with office equipment.
- Excellent customer support skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Experience with data entry (Sage 50) is an asset, but we are willing to train
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while being self-motivated.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.45-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
