We are a fast-growing rental company looking for a motivated individual to join our team.

Job description: Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning laundry rooms, taking out the garbage, cleaning windows, and disinfecting. Checking the grounds outside to ensure the yard around the building is clean and presentable.

Must be friendly as you will be occasionally speaking with tenants you see on the property.

Keep the office informed of any building repairs needed.

We are looking for a full-time property cleaner, Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, along with a working cellular phone.

Experience is not mandatory but is an asset.

**Salary**: $16.50-$18.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the road
