Photographer & Videographer

The ideal Videographer will capture the essence of our customers and team for videos that reflect our culture. You will shoot footage of natural, candid moments that will be used to produce videos to promote our company’s culture and inform potential hires. You should be confident on camera and natural in front of the lens. We want to ensure you’re able to communicate well with customers and our team by asking questions and listening. Our company is looking for a skilled writer/editor who can write scripts, create storyboards and tidy up footage. We expect you to take initiative with your ideas for our videos, as well as learning new skills related to video production. **Responsibilities**:

- Film content on job locations
- Edit photos and videos for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) using modern software
- Edit photos and videos on weekly basis (the checklist for the week will be provided)
- Pitch marketing ideas on improving social media content with trending content
- Assist our Social Media Managers
- Provide all content created in an organized fashion
- Submit edited content every week
- Arrive at job locations at least 15 minutes earlier than set time
- Edit content in a timely manner to meet deadlines
- Film content with creativity
- High-quality content is a must.
- Create final project videos and photos that will be up on a website
- Work in a team and follow instructions provided
- Follow modern media production standards, trends, and styles for social media and construction
- Adapt to different lighting and environmental conditions. Should be able to light indoor/outdoor environments for cinematic or other looks.
- Travel between multiple locations throughout the day
- Strong skills in sound mixing, colour correction, white scaling and green screen keying are a must
- The ability to perform under deadline in a calm, efficient, and professional manner
- Update and maintain the digital archive of images

Job Qualifications:

- you are interested in filmmaking.
- you have excellent communication skills
- you know how to create great content for social media, websites and other platforms
- high video and photo editing skills
- experience with social media is preferred
- Pays attention to and appreciates details.
- Some experience with any form of digital marketing.
- Outside the box thinker.
- Able to work in a constantly changing environment and think on his/her feet.
- Able to effectively manage and prioritize requests, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
