Applicants must have:

- A good attitude, able to work through hot summer days and get along well with a high performing independently and on a team
- Prepared to work in demanding conditions; eg. long hours outside, heavy lifting up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Steel toed boots
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push and pull weights of up to 50 - 100 lbs

Overview
We are looking for workers that can come in to supplement our regular staff when we need extra help with our Parent company LBN and subsidiary company ScapeNow. This is a great way to make extra money while working around another job you might already have. This is daytime only work, focusing on landscape maintenance of condo/apartment/townhome complexes and residential homes.

Hours are approximately from 7:30 am - 5 pm (sometimes later on heavier days)
- You will need a valid and clean class 5 licence and the ability to drive truck and trailer.
- There will be no set or guaranteed hours for this position

- You have a valid Class 5 Drivers License and are comfortable driving a truck and trailer
- You have experience operating a chainsaw and feel comfortable using one regularly.
- You are comfortable pruning trees and take pride in the skill.
- Being good at your trade isn’t good enough for you. You want to be the best, you’re always looking for ways you and your team can improve.
- You own your role in a company. When you run into problems, you either solve them or think through possible solutions to suggest before calling for help.
- You have been in the green industry for years, and this is your trade. You take pride in your work, this is just what you do.
- When your supervisor points out flaws in your work, you take it seriously because you take pride in your work.

Job Duties:

- Lawn maintenance
- Aeration
- Power-raking
- Dethatching
- Weeding
- Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, and materials
- Have hardscape experience building retaining walls, walkways, stairs, and general handiwork.
