Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with tracking and delivery status updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Process and transmit information and instruction to co-ordinate the activities of drivers, and fleet units using a variety of computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments for efficient product distribution
- Assist in fleet management and transportation logistics
**Skills**:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Preparing ACE, ACI and other dispatch related paperwork, manage Customs documents and records
- 1-2 years in logistics and/or transportation dispatch.
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service role, preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
- Must have ability to problem solve in a hectic work environment and display a high level of decisiveness while displaying significant use of memory.
