Head Brewer

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a hands on Brewer to join our production team. In this role you'll partake in preparation, brewing, cleaning and packaging of our sodas. You'll work closely with our R&D and operations team to ensure each batch meets our quality and flavor standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain brewing equipment, ensuring all machinery is functioning properly.
- Produce craft soda according to established recipes and production schedule
- Sanitize, operate and maintain brewing, blending, carbonation and canning equipment.
- Monitor product quality through taste, PH, brix, carbonation and other measurements
- Maintain accurate production records and logs
- Conduct regular maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience or education in brewing and beverage production
- Passion for craft beverages
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stamina for standing long periods of time
- Able to work solo on projects and take initiative to keep busy

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot brewing equipment effectively.
- Experience in food processing and understanding of food safety regulations within the food industry.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely for moving materials around the brewery.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating batch sizes.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a clean brewing environment.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
