Journeyman/woman Plumber/gasfitter

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with blueprints and schematics
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine project requirements
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely and effectively
- Perform maintenance tasks on HVAC systems related to plumbing components when necessary
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper assembly and installation of plumbing infrastructure
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and perform troubleshooting as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes during all phases of work
- Assist in the training of apprentices or junior team members when required

**Qualifications**
- Valid Journeyperson Plumbing license or certification, gas fitter
- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance within construction or industrial settings
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in HVAC systems
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs
- Strong understanding of safety standards related to plumbing work
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
