**Responsabilités**:

- Réparation de fenêtres et de portes dans la région de Montréal
- Remplacer les composants défectueux et effectuer les réparations nécessaires pour assurer un bon fonctionnement
- Effectuer des tests approfondis sur les produits réparés pour garantir la qualité et la satisfaction du client
- Tenir des registres précis des réparations, y compris les pièces utilisées et le travail effectué
- Fournir un excellent service client en répondant aux demandes et préoccupations des clients

**Exigences**:

- Formation technique en entreprise assurée
- Van d'entreprise mis à disposition pendant les heures de travail
- Expérience avérée en tant que technicien de réparation ou rôle similaire
- Solides compétences techniques et connaissance des fenêtres et des portes un atout
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et souci du détail
- De solides compétences en communication
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome avec un minimum de supervision

**Duties**:

- Repair windows and doors in the Montreal area
- Replace faulty components and perform necessary repairs to ensure proper functionality
- Conduct thorough testing of repaired products to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of repairs, including parts used and work performed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

**Requirements**:

- Company technical training provided
- Company van provided during work hours
- Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of windows and doors an asset
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
