**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to Global Go-to-Market strategy with relevant products and consumer insights.
- Accountable for region’s product assortment building, respecting financial budgets and monthly delivery flow, as well global commonality KPI target.
- Manage the OTB within KPI guardrails
- Responsible for in
- season management, execute markdowns and achieve target product sell-through
- Responsible for SKU quantification with support from Distribution
- Contributes to the following processes: store ranking, style-color targets and depth reviews with Merchandise Planner.
- Conduct ongoing market trend and competition research to identify product opportunities.
- Accountable for region’s Conceptual Assortment Plan (CAP/ Line plan) to ensure product attribute needs are met with Global CAP
- Collaborate with PD team to ensure Global Product Architecture reflects territory product category needs, through KDU process.
- Perform weekly product performance analysis of responsible regions, identify product opportunities, and derive action plan to maximize on products/category opportunities.
- Support preparation and be available for all GTM timelines/ deadlines

- 2-3 years buying experience (in retail fashion industry - an asset)
- Flair for fashion with entrepreneurial/merchant spirit
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Strong time management, prioritization, negotiation and organizational skills
- Ability to grasp and understand key differences between markets with regards to consumer profiles and product needs.
- Ability to travel
