Technical Trainer

**TRAINER - TECHNICAL** **SPECIALIST**

**Primary responsibilities**
- Act as the leader for all technical product training needs for internal and external customers.
- Responsible for developing, organizing and delivering in-depth training material including training and exam to primarly Technical Advisors, Service Provider, Sales Team, leading to certification through live and remote trainings.
- Insure that all training modules are current, coordinated with new product release and continuously updated.
- Act as the content expert for the relevant training material.
- Act as the technical liaison between various services ie; R&D, Production, Product Management to find solutions to technical issues.
- Ensure that the training efforts are aligned with the business initiatives.
- Plan and publish training calendar event.
- Review with the respective Supervisor - Technical Service in different contact centers the result and progress of each trainee and make recommendations accordingly.
- Participate in helping the teams take phone calls during peak periods.
- Ensure consistency across all training materials at all levels.
- Develop and maintain the knowledge base
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Professional skills/Qualifications**
- Minimum level of education and/or specialization:

- College degree required / or equivalent experience
- Minimum relevant experience required:

- _5 years experience in a relevant position_
- Specific skills (skills required to successfully fill the position)
- Bilingual
- Strong analytical skills required
- Technology inclined
- MS Office advanced level
- Enhanced writing skills
- Outgoing type of personality
- Ability to maintain audience attention

- Plumbing knowledge a must

- SAP experience (an asset)
