**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Medical Office Assistant Instructor to join our team. This part-time position involves teaching for 20 hours per week, imparting knowledge, skills, and best practices to students who are preparing for rewarding careers in medical office administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging, effective, and interactive instruction to students enrolled in the Medical Office Assistant program.
- Implement lesson plans, assessments, and learning activities aligned with program goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to students to foster their academic and professional growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation.
- Collaborate with other faculty and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- A degree, diploma, certificate, or professional designation in a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of work-related experience in medical office administration or a similar healthcare role.
- At least 1 year of instructional experience, or a recognized training certificate in adult education.

**Preferred Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate adult learners.
- Knowledge of current medical office practices, technology, and software used in healthcare administration.
