The Contract Specialist will lead the request for proposal (RFX) process, prepare quotations for all modalities of Siemens Healthcare, lead projects with work teams and ensure deadlines are always met.

Responsible for ensuring quotations are accurate and compliant with approved financials. Monitor and ensure contract terms and conditions are reviewed for alignment with SHL terms and conditions and approved by relevant stakeholders. Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Produce quotations and proposals in French and English
- Produce Service Renewals
- Validate and execute contract transactions
- Assists/support negotiation of terms and conditions
- Coordinate the RFP process, lead projects in French and English with work teams and ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare and compile French and English documentation to accompany proposals and bid responses, obtain internal approvals as required
- Monitor and ensure contract terms and conditions are adhered to
- Update contract information in SharePoint databases
- Maintain close communication with field employees
- Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries promptly
- Prepare timely and accurate reports for internal and external customers

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- University or college degree
- Fluent French and English oral and written
- RFP project management experience is an asset
- Contracts administration experience with good understanding of terms and conditions
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to problem solve effectively
- Must be analytical and detail oriented
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage tight and multiple deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of SharePoint an asset
- A Paralegal License/Certificate and inhouse training with a Law Firm will be an asset
