**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date records of orders, including status updates and changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promptly resolve order-related issues.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.
- Utilize Google Suite for documentation, communication, and scheduling.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, maintaining records, and ordering office supplies.
- Generate quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Assist with accounts receivable duties and credit card transaction processing.
- Manage CRM databases, including updating products and contact information.
- Coordinate mailings and training notices through Constant Contact.
- Create and maintain monthly expense reports, calendars, and travel itineraries.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent mathematical skills and memory retention.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Google Suite.
- 5+ years of administrative experience (preferred).
- 5+ years of Inside Sales experience (preferred).
- Front desk or customer-facing experience (1+ year preferred).
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Secondary school diploma (preferred).

Pay: $47,910.00-$49,654.00 per year
