**True North Sports + Entertainmen**t is looking for an energetic customer-focused part-time Press Box Server to join our team at hockey for all centre**

The **Press Box Server** will be working with a team to ensure the sale of food and beverage, and exceptional customer service to customers at hockey for all centre.

**What to be excited for in this role**:

- Seek to provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and guests.
- Responsible for the set-up of equipment related to the sale of food and beverage.
- Verify inventory before and after each shift, and support set up and breakdown of work area.
- Uphold open communication with all working teams.
- Ensure supervisor is informed of issues that arise, and support resolutions.
- Support proper inventory control, cash handling, cleanliness, equipment operation, and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked working environment.
- Perform other duties as required that align with the responsibilities of the role and the needs of the organization.
- Ensure supervisor is informed of issues that arise.

**What we need from you**:

- Familiarity with POS systems and digital registers.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to communicate with all patrons, customers and coworkers.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently solve customer concerns with the utmost professionalism.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Current Smart Choices Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Reliable, punctual, and regular in attendance.
- Provide own transportation as the hockey for all centre is not located near bus routes.
