The Marketing Advisor will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that support the acquisition and retention of residential and small commercial Easymax customers, build Easymax brand familiarity, and accomplish the business objectives of the ENMAX Energy Marketing team.

Major responsibilities:
- Support the development of residential and small commercial marketing plans and execute tactics designed to achieve acquisition, retention, and business objectives.- Coordinate activities that enhance customer experience and optimize touchpoints to ensure engagement throughout the lifecycle.- Support and execute activities that generate leads and build the Easymax brand and product portfolio.- Support content and design of marketing material and assets.-
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide recommendations for changes/improvement.- Plan and execute special events.- Track industry trends, monitor competitive landscape, and provide benchmarking information for ENMAX Energy.-
- Monitor and assess A/B testing initiatives for competitive products and services.- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners ensuring shared success.

Education required:
- University degree - preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

Qualifications and experience:
- 3+ years of marketing experience required.- Experience with the development and execution of omni-channel campaigns.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications- Proven experience evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
