We're a Toronto-based early-stage startup preparing for a $750K seed funding round via FrontFundr. We’re looking for **experienced professionals** who have supported startups through **seed funding, equity rounds, or crowdfunding** in a **contract-based or fractional capacity**.

1. **Contract Startup Lawyer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Structure and issue shares
- Draft shareholder & subscription agreements
- Ensure compliance with NI 45-110 or OM exemption
- Coordinate with FrontFundr platform

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years in startup/corporate law
- Experience with early-stage Canadian equity raises
- Comfortable with remote/fractional work

2. **Fractional CFO / Financial Consultant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine valuation and price per share
- Build financial projections and cap table
- Prepare required financials for investors/platform
- Work with legal team on equity structure

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience in startup financials or fundraising
- Previous seed round or Series A support (FrontFundr, Equivesto, or private)
- Familiar with investor decks and due diligence folders

3. **Administrative / Project Coordinator (Contract)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate documentation and deadlines between legal and financial team
- Support investor materials (upload files, organize folders)
- Track deliverables and ensure team alignment

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years in a startup or project coordination role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $200.00-$500.00 per hour
