**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Customer Care, as the **Marketing Assistant **you provide support to marketing initiatives using graphic design, digital media, and creative communications and assist online and traditional marketing tasks.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Delivering marketing materials for builders, gathering information and supporting marketing and customer care team.
- Administering filing, labeling and organizing builder drive, traffic and market insights and providing support to other projects.
- Supporting onboarding, training, set up and tracking for builders.
- Collecting, analyzing and reporting metrics, showhome traffic, leads, sales velocity, and generating marketing and sales data reports.
- Serving as builder meeting event lead and providing realtor program and event support.
- Maintaining records of prospective customer traffic in community.
- A strong communicator; you clearly express your thoughts in conversation and in written communication.
- An active listener; you seek to understand and listen to others in a non-judgmental way.
- Mindful; you respect diversity and deal with sensitive situations using high degree of integrity.
- Excellent service oriented; you handle relations with customers, internal and external parties with tact and diplomacy.

**Essential Requirements**
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of marketing experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word,Excel, Team, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

**Previous Qualifications**
- Previous marketing experience in the homebuilding, retail or real estate industries is an asset.

**Work Conditions**

You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Travel to sites and overtime may occasionally be required.
