**About us**

Located in Winchester, ON - Kabinets by Design is a growing small business working in both the residential and commercial cabinetry and millwork industry. We provide custom kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, closets and more. We are seeking an individual with/without experience to join our small team and support our manufacturing operation.

With our projected growth, there may be opportunity to grow within.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform basic shop tasks including but not limited to:

- Cabinet assembly;
- Edgebanding;
- Setup and operation the CNC machine (_experience dependent_);
- Loading and offloading of CNC machine;
- Loading cabinets into delivery vehicle;
- Cleaning and general maintenance tasks;
Delivery of manufactured goods to client locations:

- Safe operation of delivery vehicle to client sites;
- Offloading cabinets into delivery vehicle.

General duties including but not limited to:

- Shipping and Receiving;
- Inventory Counts.

Assist in developing processes and procedures required for performing role effectively.

Other responsibilities applicable to title.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bend and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving materials
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures

Upon successful completion of the probationary period and after a year of employment, a safety boot credit up to $175 will be given with valid receipt.
- _All other safety equipment can be provided by the employer._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winchester, ON K0C 2K0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
