The multi-award-winning restaurant ‘Laura’ on Australia’s Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, is reaching out internationally to recruit our next Restaurant Manager.

‘Laura’ is our 2-hatted fine dining restaurant at ‘Pt. Leo’ Estate - just one hour from Melbourne. This role puts you in the driver's seat of one of Australia's most refined dining rooms in the regional tourism mecca of the Mornington Peninsula.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
