**Fixed Operations Manager - Taylor Auto Mall**

**Responsibilities Include**
- Plan & Execute Marketing/Advertising Strategies
- Regular Warranty Audits at store level
- Regulatory Compliance at store level
- Prepare Business Forecast
- Manage a BDC team
- Ensure organizational and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Oversee scheduling and time management for the Fixed Operations
- Supervise repair and maintenance quality
- Improve customer service experience
- Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
- Working knowledge of service software, databases, and tools
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
- Ability to think strategically and to lead team members
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to take ownership and follow through to resolution
