We are a full service, refined casual brgr spot with a nod to over delivering each and every time. Driven from a from scratch kitchen, and a front of the house focusing on great beer and service, we continue to make our mark in the Hamilton restaurant scene. With an industry leading following and the nice weather returning, we are now looking to fill the few spots left on our team.

**Duties and Responsibilities Include**:

- Ambitious, career minded individuals who will provide consistent support and guidance to all those around them
- Working as a team, managing sections and providing exceptional service standards to our guests.
- Performing all assigned duties as required, including bar/service Prep and set up/tear down of patio and dining area.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Maintaining a positive and committed focus to your own development and growth
- Receiving direction from the Management team
- POS awareness and order accuracy.
- Tray service and menu knowledge a must
- Other duties as assigned.

**What we are looking for**:

- 1-2 years serving or bartending experience in a **full-service** restaurant is required.
- Bartenders should be comfortable with cocktail driven menus & be familiar with mixology fundamentals and have a understanding of proper beer appreciation.
- Smart serve Certification is Required for Servers/Bartenders
