Our People Operations department is looking for a Human Resources Admin Coordinator to join us at Earls Head Office in Vancouver, British Columbia. This position will play an integral role in the team’s success by providing Human Resources support in a variety of areas. The person that is best suited for this role has phenomenal organizational skills, is motivated, independent, and detail oriented. This person lives their best life when they are supporting their team.

**Please note**:This individual will need to be based in Lower Mainland, BC.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain and update administrative tools including, but not limited to, employment contracts, MyEarls intranet, HRIS systems, and contact lists within the People Operations department.
- Support the People Operations Team with research, development and administration of tools regarding legal and employment law practices.
- Administer both Canadian and U.S. benefits open enrollment and annual review; cross train benefit administration to Payroll and People Operations team.
- Create, organize and provide best practices for team content within team google drive and network drives.
- Support the development, administration and execution of Head Office onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Develop, implement and maintain the health and safety program at the Head Office. Support Operational health and safety compliance by researching changes in health and safety regulations, communicate changes and conduct routine audits.
- Coordinate and manage communications with operations and head office partners regarding department initiatives, new collateral and team meetings.
- Support with special projects related to Human Resources as directed by your leadership team.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to walk through the decision making process is must.
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
- Progressive experience within Earls, preferably in a leadership or office based role is an asset.
- Proficient experience executing administrative and support tasks in an office environment is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to observe and maintain confidentiality
