- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, digging, and carrying materials as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times.
**Skills**
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work well in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality work is performed consistently.
- A proactive attitude towards safety practices on the job site.
