**John Bear Buick Chevrolet GMC** is seeking an Accounting/Vehicle Clerk to join our team in **New Hamburg** Leverage your career and join one of Ontario's most successful GM dealers.

**Pay: 18.00 per hour**

**Responsibilities**:

- Posting New and Used Car deals to accounting.
- Prepare bank funding.
- Payout Car Liens.
- Buy in Vehicles/ Stock vehicles in.
- GM Incentive claims/ payment schedules.
- Register extended warranties.
- Balance schedules at month end.
- Prepare month end reports.
- Stock in trade-ins/ write service work orders.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year administrative experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with office related software and tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
