Our finance department is looking for the person who will be responsible for managing accounts receivable from clients and partners in the United States.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Review orders to ensure proper coding and compliance with our policies;
- Transfer approved orders into the accounting system on a daily basis
- Track outstanding orders and ensure their release as soon as conditions are met;
- Record cash receipts daily in the accounting system.

**Your projects will require you to**:

- Interact with internal and external customers to resolve outstanding issues;
- Prepare credit notes when necessary;
- Participate in the improvement of work processes to increase efficiency.

**You will feel at home if you have**:

- A diploma in finance, accounting or administration or equivalent experience;
- Relevant work or internship experience;
- Customer focus and excellent communication skills;
- Ability to manage deadlines and volume of activities thanks to your organizational skills and resourcefulness;
- A good knowledge of the Office suite and of an ERP system (NAV for example);
- A good knowledge of French and English, which allows you to communicate well in both languages.
