Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with daily accounting and book keeping activities including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll.
- Prepare and file all CRA Government Remittances as well as WSIB Premiums.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning.
**Skills**:
- Have basic knowledge of office equipment and multiple phone line systems, and have strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and tenants.
- Proficiency with software programs such as Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Pay: $16.55-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
