**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication with clients and team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations to support various projects.
- Support financial operations by maintaining records in QuickBooks and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication across the organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote productivity.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices is essential.
- Experience in a legal office or as a legal receptionist is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36.10 per hour
