Position: Prep Cook
- Type: Full-time (4-5 8hr shifts)
- Pay: 17.25hr + Tips ($5.00/hr) = $22.25/hr
- Availability: Evenings and Weekends

Abilities:

- Able to follow recipes carefully
- Able to manage tasks and time
- Clean, organized, and communicates well
- Have experience with all the above in a restaurant setting

**Job Description**:

- Prepping food inventory for service.
- Ensuring all food preparation and storage procedures are followed as outlined by Vancouver Coastal Health, including FIFO and appropriate labeling.
- Cleaning and organizing the prep kitchen, as well as helping with dishwashing.
- Playing a role in ensuring a respectful and positive work environment with professional communication.
