**Duties**:

- Install various types of flooring materials, mainly commercial vinyl sheet flooring, tile and vinyl cove base
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit the designated area
- Prepare subfloors by removing existing flooring, leveling the surface, and cleaning surface of all debris and dust
- Install flooring using adhesive or other appropriate methods
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of flooring materials
- Inspect completed work for quality and make any necessary repairs or adjustments

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Flooring Installer or similar role (2+ years minimum)
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to flooring installation
- Strong knowledge of different flooring materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and floor plans
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

- Edmonton, AB T6G 2B7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- flooring installation: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:
