Job Overview
The Delivery Driver plays a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences both on the road and in-store. This role is responsible for safely collecting guest orders while also supporting in-store operations during delivery downtime - including assisting guests, covering breaks, receiving inventory shipments, and other duties as assigned.
Competencies and Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License (Full “G” in ON or Class 5 in BC, AB, SK, MB)
- Personal, insured vehicle and clean driver’s abstract
- Clear Criminal Background Check
- Provincial Cannabis Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Smart phone with data plan and car charger
- Tech-Friendly (We got some cool apps we need you to learn)
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible part-time or full-time availability during core delivery hours (Monday to Sunday, 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.)

Essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely load, transport, and deliver orders to guests on schedule.
- Follow all delivery, security, and compliance procedures in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Ensure a professional, courteous, and positive guest experience with every delivery.
- Promptly and accurately communicate delivery updates, issues, or feedback to dispatch and management.
- Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to all transportation laws.
- Provide exceptional service to all in-store guests, including assisting with transactions, product inquiries, and recommendations. Must maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Education, Training and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of experience in delivery, logistics, or retail preferred.
- Clear criminal background check and clean 3-year driver’s abstract.
- Provincial Cannabis Certification (or ability to obtain).
