**Team Member Experience Coordinator**

**Job Title**: Employee Experience Coordinator

**Schedule**: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Mon - Fri. (one weekend half day per month for onboarding)

**Reports to**: Human Resources Director

**Overview of the Position**:
Playground believes that our team members are our most valuable asset and strives to become a choice employer. Our Team Member Experience Coordinator ensures that our team member’s lifecycles with us are well planned and intentional, whether for a short term or a career seeking one. This role is one of partnerships with both our team members and department heads in order to create optimal satisfaction on both sides.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our Recruiter and the Department Hiring Manager in the handover of new hires
- Provides the new Team member with all details regarding their first day (when to arrive, who to ask for, what to wear, etc.)
- Leading new hire onboarding and orientation program
- Ensure that during onboarding, each new team member is walked through all of our policies and procedures and given all the tools and information they need to have a successful integration into their role.
- Have new Team Members complete all required paperwork (KGC forms, etc.)
- Ensure the facial recognition system is set, picture is taken for Atlas
- Ensure that all established processes are followed so that each team member benefits from the same detailed lifecycle management and available opportunities
- Assist in developing training programs in partnership with department heads and members of management
- Develop a resource network and partnerships that team members can be referred to
- Be available and accessible to our team members for meetings, calls, etc and clearly communicate/advertise your services to them
- Schedule 30/60/90 day follow up meetings with new hires to ensure fit and assist with retention.
- Create team member surveys soliciting feedback on their experiences at Playground
- Generating reports, analysing employee feedback data and providing recommendations

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources (_or equivalent combination of education and experience_)
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, Internal

Communications, or other relevant experience preferably in a fast-paced, environment
- Fluency in both English and French _(written and spoken)_
- Excellent project management skills. You are resourceful and have a roll up your sleeves and “can do” mentality.
- Exceptional interpersonal & organizational skills.
- Demonstrated proactivity and collaboration skills with strong customer focus. You can provide exceptional service and support to internal customers.
- Are able to handle confidential information in an ethical and professional manner.

Il s'agit d'un rôle en collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe et les chefs de service afin de créer une satisfaction optimale sur chaque côté.

**Responsabilités**:

- Collaborer avec notre recruteur et le responsable de l'embauche du département dans le transfert des nouvelles recrues.
- Fournir au nouveau membre de l'équipe tous les détails concernant son premier jour (quand arriver, qui demander, quoi porter, etc.)
- Diriger le programme d'accueil et d'orientation des nouvelles recrues
- S'assurer qu'au cours du programme d'accueil, chaque nouveau membre de l'équipe est informé de toutes nos politiques et procédures et reçoit tous les outils et informations dont il a besoin pour réussir son intégration dans son rôle.
- Demandez aux nouveaux membres de l'équipe de remplir tous les documents requis (formulaires KGC, etc.).
- S'assurer que le système de reconnaissance faciale est réglé et que la photo est prise pour Atlas.
- S'assurer que tous les processus établis sont suivis afin que chaque membre de l'équipe bénéficie de la même gestion détaillée du cycle et des opportunités disponibles
- Participer à l'élaboration de programmes de formation en partenariats avec les chefs de service et les membres de la direction.
- Développer un réseau de ressources et de partenariats vers lesquels les membres de l'équipe peuvent se tourner.
