Bilingual (French/english) Administrator/reception

We are looking for a dynamic, bilingual individual to fill this entry level role asap. You will be part of a team that works together to provide administrative and customer service support to our customers and sales agents.
You must be confident with your French speaking/reading/writing ability. You will interact with our customers from Quebec regarding their orders and queries.
You will learn all there is to know about our office and front desk. This will include:
- Operating an Avaya phone system
- Data entry including entering orders, invoicing and other tasks
- Responding to customer inquiries, tracing shipments and transfers
- Provide administrative support to staff
- Assist sales agents and prepare sales packages and correspondence

Attention to detail is critical to be successful with this position along with the ability to prioritize your work. Excellent communication skills in both French and English are required.
This is a full-time permanent position. After a successful probation period, we offer an exceptional group benefit plan, sick days and an atmosphere that is friendly and inclusive. Our hours are Monday - Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
