**About the role**:
We’re seeking a Product Manager to join our design thinking and Agile-based product team. As a PM, you’ll be responsible for working with customers and stakeholders to define a product vision and strategy, build out a prioritized roadmap, and drive hands-on execution with the development team. Ultimately, the “why” of your role will be to help us achieve our mission by delivering meaningful and measurable value for both our customers and our business.

**What you'll do**:

- Define the vision and strategy for your products through deep collaboration with customers, business stakeholders, and the broader product team.
- Plan and lead discovery activities including customer research, market research, and rapid prototyping to achieve problem-solution and product-market fit.
- Develop, prioritize, and manage product roadmaps based on holistic inputs, maximizing the value of each release.
- Craft high quality product requirements and user stories, including clear acceptance criteria to ensure alignment and minimize waste.
- Drive delivery and execution excellence in collaboration with Engineering and Design, leading ongoing Scrum rituals such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint retrospectives.
- Own projects end-to-end, managing communication with stakeholders at all levels to maximize transparency, report on project health, and negotiate delivery expectations.
- Rigorously measure and evaluate the performance of your products through quantitative and qualitative methods to ensure tangible value is being delivered.
- Contribute your ideas and expertise to growing the product management discipline at RTI.

**What you bring**:

- You have 2+ years’ experience as a Product Manager and/or Product Owner, and a proven track record of successfully building and shipping digital products.
- You have a strong sense of empathy for understanding and solving customer/business problems, with a focus on delivering valuable outcomes for all stakeholders.
- You are an exceptional communicator with the ability to collaborate and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- You are comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels, with the ability to own product discovery and delivery end-to-end.
- You thrive working within an agile development environment where iteration and continuous improvement is essential to the culture.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are excited about overcoming challenges, navigating ambiguity, and learning from setbacks in a fast-paced environment.
