CC Blocking Systems has an immediate opening for a “Production Lead - Outrigger Pad Manufacturing” to be part of our team. The person will need to be a self-starter, someone who welcomes challenges, detail oriented and works independently while still maintaining a team-focused environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform the manufacturing of outrigger pads
- Manage production schedule
- Maintain adequate inventory stock levels of materials and supplies
- Manage shop equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure all equipment is well maintained
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the manufacturing process while maintaining a safe work environment
- Ensure company health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
- Shipping and Receiving
- Work with the team to ensure work is done in a timely fashion

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of MS Office
- Problem Solving
- Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality control
- Communication skills within the team
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- An analytical mind with strong math skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in fast paced environment
- Hard working with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools an asset (will provide basic training)
- Knowledge of Forklift driving an asset (will provide basic training)
- Construction experience is a bonus, but not necessary

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
