**Position Description**
The Maintenance Coordinator/Scheduler supports the Maintenance and Continuous Improvement (CI) teams by scheduling work orders in the maintenance system software, training, verifying, and auditing technicians' work and supporting projects of the CI team.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct High Performance Workforce audits.
- Prepare work order scheduling in the Maintenance System software, review task execution, and provide feedback.
- Maintain Continuous Improvement, SMS measurements and update visual factory.
- Prepare various departmental projects and reports assigned by the Maintenance Manager and Continuous Improvement Leader.
- Review tools and equipment conditions and make necessary repairs.
- Other assigned duties as assigned.
**Required Skills, Abilities and Qualifications**
- Ability to identify issues and to determine repairs that are needed.
- Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to assist maintenance team with technical issues.
- Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
- Must be physically able to lift 25 lbs. at a time and perform repairs when needed.
- Able to work an on-call, rotating schedule.
**Preferred Skills, Abilities and Qualifications***
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- 3 years of leadership experience leading processes, programs, or supervisory experience.
- Commercial Greenhouse Experience
- JHSC Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Spanish Speaking
**Educational Requirements**
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related equivalent
