**Job Title: Event Coordinator**

**No Small Feast **is a mid sized catering company that is growing quickly. We specialize in events from small (private in home dinners for 6) to large galas (upwards of 3000). We're looking for new team members who are excited to grow with us. No two days are the same, you may find yourself planning a wedding one day, back stage at a concert another, or facilitating a cooking contest for local celebrity chefs in a farmers field. We need someone who can think on their feet, and is passionate about growing the company, and their career, with us.

**Hours**:35 - 40+ Hours Per Week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work directly with clients to plan and manage events, including menu consultation, arranging décor, bar, as well as assist with finding venues
- Event scheduling, staff bookings, rental bookings
- Generate new business and drive revenue
- Manage and grow client and venue relationships

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Catering & Event planning (looking for at least 5 years in the industry)
- Ability to problem solve creatively and calmly under pressure
- Knowledge of, and passion for food
- Ability to work in an intense, fast paced environment
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with team members
- Competency with common office software (Excel, word)
- Competency with Adobe software is a plus (Specifically InDesign)

**Additional Pay**
- Commissions
