Service Supervisor

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Supervisor must have child well-being (welfare) experience and be responsible to direct, coordinate and evaluate the provision of assigned services for Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag Child & Family Services clients within the Agency's catchment area through the development and monitoring of service delivery processes and the effective supervision of staff. To ensure that programs and services are provided in accordance with the Child and Family Services Act, other pertinent legislation, Ministry standards/guidelines and Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag Child & Family Services policies, directives, and procedures, as well as the Regional Protocol.

With our team of dedicated staff, we work with children, youth, and families as early as possible to help them navigate various obstacles and access services available to them. We offer services such as Child & Youth Mental Health and Addictions, Youth Justice, Youth in Transition, Child Welfare, and Alternative Care.
