**Scope of Responsibilities**:
- Prepare business and technical-facing documentation (including but not limited to): business requirements documents, process flows, user stories, use cases, wireframes, mock ups, etc.
- Support the PMO by preparing business cases and incorporate cost benefit analysis activities and return on investment calculations.
- Lead the procurement process - prepare bid documents (RFx), manage vendor responses, prepare necessary matrices to evaluate solutions and present the analysis of the evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and determine appropriate solutions.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to collect business, functional and technical requirements.
- Lead QA efforts working with developers to create and test solutions.
- Create reports and presentations to leadership.
- Other duties as required.
**Who you are**:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and/or ITIL Foundation is an asset.
- High level knowledge of project management processes preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in the IT sector.
- Demonstrated skills in preparing use cases and wireframes to assist customers with identifying business requirements and scope.
- Knowledge of database concepts and terminology and best practices in requirements gathering, UX design, solution design and solution architecture.
- Can effectively prioritize competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced with issue tracking systems (e.g. JIRA), familiarity with SQL or other query languages and proficiency in Excel and Power BI are preferred.
- Experienced working in an agile/scrum environment is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a solid command of the English language are required.
- A positive attitude, collaborative nature and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are a must.
- Experience working with Visio, Sharepoint, Teamworks, Teams, and TFS preferred but not required.
- Professional and polished documentation skills are required.
- Understands the importance of doing it right the first time.
