**Who you are**
You are the patients first and last impression before and after they leave the clinic. You have the unique ability to make an instant connection with the patient with your commanding and genuine interpersonal skills. You are warm, you are friendly, and your presence contributes to a calm, welcoming environment. You are a master communicator which is an integral component in keeping the clinic flowing. As a coordinator you handle administrative tasks so you are extremely organized, detailed, can prioritize and are very efficient. Without you, the clinic would suffer because you are the backbone, holding it together. You are in constant communication with the concierge who will guide the patient through the clinic.

**Doing what you do best**
- Warmly greet the patients upon arrival and departure as they pass the reception area
- Do your part to maintain a safe, clean, and touchless environment
- Screen upcoming patients prior to their visit, educating them on what the appointment process is
- Assist the concierge with managing flow of incoming patients to ensure there are no patients waiting within 6 feet of each other
- Assist in informing incoming patients via text/call when it is time to come into the clinic for their appointment
- Handle all incoming calls and inquiries
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with call backs to assess patient satisfaction
- Give introductory details on all treatments offered at clinic
- Take Before/After photos (Assigned to 1 PCC)
- Scan patient profiles and consents
- Handle re-treatment calls/skip calls

*Health Check*
- Orchestrate flow of incoming patients to ensure there is always mínimal grouping of people in the clinic
- Continuous cleaning of all common surface areas
- Maintain physical distance at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

- Administrative: 1 year (required)
- Medical Aesthetics: 1 year (preferred)
