Reporting to the Workforce Manager / Senior Workforce Advisor, the Workforce Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Human Resources and Labour Relations activities with support from the regional Advisor and Manager. The incumbent communicates and works collaboratively with employees, advisors, and client groups, and manages workflow processes, including new-hires, separations, job-changes, and transfers.

**Essential Functions**
- Follow HR processes for new hire, job change, and termination workflows.
- Maintain professional business conduct.
- Coordinate with HRIS Administrators, Workforce Advisors and project teams to maintain workforce requirements on projects.
- Assist with the coordination and administration of HR / LR programs and activities, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
- Assist employees and clients with resolving issues.
- Generate standard reports as required.
- Maintain personnel files and submit employment verifications, apprenticeship records, and blue book information when necessary.
- Demonstrate HSE and Quality behaviours that reflect corporate expectations of Actively Caring and Road to Zero.

**Education, Experience and Knowledge**
- High school diploma and completion of a diploma training program at a college or technical school.
- Labour Relations or Human Resources degree or certificate is an asset.
- 2-3 years of related work experience; union experience is an asset.
- Strong understanding of how construction works; field site HR / LR experience is an asset.
- Ability to manage change and think critically.
- Strong problem-solving ability, and a solution-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Success Factors, SAP, Bluebeam, and Toolbox systems.
