**About Us**:
Founded in 1928, TST-CF Express provides LTL service within Canada from 23 locations and between Canada and the U.S. through its strategic partnership with Saia LTL Freight.

**We are looking to hire Safety and Compliance Manager for Montreal (Hiring Immediately)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Accident Handling and Resolution
- Contact person for accidents or incidents and coordinate emergency response
- Coordinate accident review committee
- Review and analyze all accident and incidents
- Compliance Monitoring
- Monitoring and analyzing of compliance performance reports to identify emerging High-Risk Driver trends and develop a proactive response
- Recommend and implement measures for improvement in all areas such as driver or equipment violations, CVOR, US DOT, accident rates, etc.
- Review driver daily log audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Chair local Health and Safety Committee
- Training and Leading
- Ensure all employees training is current within own region, including but not limited to; WHMIS
- Transportation of Dangerous goods
- Hours of Service
- Re-trip inspections
- Workplace safety
- Develop training, communication of safety, security, environmental and compliance issues to a large and diverse group
- Industry Representation and Information
- Attend and participate in webinars, seminars and conferences pertaining to Safety and Compliance in the trucking industry

**Qualifications/Competencies**
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Canadian and U.S. highway, security and safety practices - CVOR, US DOT,
- Strong Knowledge of Dangerous Goods an asset.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Load Securement and LCV combinations.
- Demonstrated competence with standard business software - Microsoft Office packages, (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Previous experience in safety/driver training role and/or previous experience as an Owner/Operator a definite asset.
