We are growing, and we’re looking for someone to learn and grow with us The squad is accountable for completing analysis on small to large sized initiatives primarily focused on our core banking system. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to elicit and understand business needs. You will contribute and make recommendations to create and deepen user stories to solve problem statements and deliver value to our end customers. Your positive approach, ability to be flexible to shifting priorities and creativity rooted in analysis will help you navigate this exciting and growing business. **Your responsibilities would include**: - Liaise with business partners to analyze complex problems, and understand business goals and objectives. - Perform analysis, identify root cause of problems and contribute to development of technical solutions. - Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum team to translate business objectives into Epics, Features, and detailed User Stories. - Work with various teams (business, internal and external vendor, where applicable) to ensure that technical solutions and product increments are in accordance with the business needs. - Produce high quality user stories and acceptance criteria which support technical and business requirements. - Successfully manage competing priorities and navigate within ambiguity. - Prepare, maintain and update procedures and processes. - Continuously grow and develop analytical capability and contribute to advancements and innovations within the practice. - Understand testing requirements and create and support test planning and execution to validate that system solutions meet the business requirements. **Experience**: - 2 - 3+ years working experience, working as a technology business analyst preferably in financial services; supporting medium to large size projects. - Knowledge of system design and of the techniques used in the analysis and testing process. - Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate and partner in a team environment with geographically dispersed business stakeholders and peers. - Ability to successfully support activity on multiple initiatives in parallel. **Additional attributes that are nice to have**: - Experience in an agile team where responsibilities include the planning and delivery of user stories in an Agile SCRUM environment. - Banking Industry knowledge/experience. **Am I Right for the Job?** We're looking for passionate, motivated individuals with technology experience to join our team's exciting journey as we grow, pioneer, and innovate.
