Green Valley Cannabis Company (GVCC) is a new recreational cannabis store opening in Arnprior, ON. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cannabis Retail Store Manager. GVCC is very customer service focused; stressing education, product knowledge and overall customer care. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations and compliance, staff management, positive customer experience and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure 100% compliance (AGCO), Federal/Provincial/Municipal regulations, including tracking and reporting sales and inventory data, and checking Identification of customers.
- Educate customers on cannabis products for safe recreational use and consumption.
- Manage store staff; providingtraining, performance feedback, and coaching to promote professional growth and retail success.
- Monitor product; ordering, placement, and presentation while working with marketing to raise awareness and increase sales.
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including (but not limited to); inventory management, sales, customer service, store cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain and curate store inventory; cannabis, accessories, etc.
- Provide a high standard of customer service by engaging with customers, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Sustain accuratefinancial records and report sales data to management.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in a Recreational Cannabis Retail Store or related field, with at least 1 year in a management or acting management position.
- Strong passion, knowledge and understanding of cannabis products and how they can be utilized to curate customer experience.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team of staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communicationskills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and vendors.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (COVA) and point-of-sale software.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- The ability to fosterlong term meaningful relationshipswith customers, through education, and display of product knowledge.
- Able to give meaningful feedback to ownership, we are always looking to improve and want your input

**Must Haves**:

- CannSell Certified (Ontario)
- Clean criminal background check / police record check
- Professionalism, integrity and a positive work attitude.
- Availability for shifts; 8hrs-12hrs, alone or team, varied hours between 8:00am - 11:00pm, 7 days a week.
