**Who Are We Looking For?**

Join us as a **Full-Time Marketing Specialist** and become the creative force behind innovative campaigns that promote our rental communities, attract the ideal potential tenant, tell our story, and elevate our brand. If you have a flair for creating engaging content and a passion for captivating diverse audiences, this role is for you. In this dynamic position, you will orchestrate both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, masterfully curate our content calendar, and showcase your talents in storytelling on all social media platforms. Under the guidance of our Leasing Manager, your ideas will be celebrated as you contribute to our success.

**Responsibilities**

**Marketing Strategy for Real Estate**
- Research the Toronto real estate market, including relevant industry reports, focusing on condo and purpose-built rental to identify and understand our demographics, target audiences, and define the ideal renter profiles with detailed personas.
- b. Determine our ideal renter’s needs, interests, pain points, key messaging, and answers to their problems. Suggest the best channels and methods to reach our audiences.
- c. Research and map the customer journey to accurately capture the digital touchpoints in the renter lifecycle. Identify gaps, opportunities, and suggest any new tools (such as AI).
- d. Stay current with industry and viral trends, and algorithm changes.

**Content Creation**
- Videos (Short and long form) with thumbnails
- Social Media Posts with Captions and Hashtags (Stories, reels, carousels)
- Blogs and/or Vlogs (Written Copy, Articles, Surveys, Scripts)
- Paid and Organic Ad Creatives (Search, Banner and Text ads)
- Website Assets (Landing Pages Creative and Text Copy, website design)
- Source Stock Content and edit as required
- Print Materials (Brochures, Flags, Signage, Event Invites, Promotional Items)
- Other format content such as testimonials, how-to's, FAQ’s, interviews, polls
- Design and Execute Content: Self-produce and edit creative collateral that is high quality, visually captivating and engaging to tell our brand story and highlight our communities. Easily use creative design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and Canva.
- Content Delivery: Deliverables must be carefully reviewed, polished, and on time. Always maintain a high level of attention to detail for visual and writing best practices (including proof-reading for flow, grammar, and punctuation).
- Manage Assets: Implement content management platforms such as Hootsuite or Trello and maintain a library of all assets (backed up on SharePoint).

**Campaign Management**
- Develop Campaign Lifecycle: Prepare and own a marketing campaign from concept to execution (including but not limited to goals, audience, timelines, content, budgets).
- Paid Campaigns (PPC): Create and deliver content and work with media partners to recommend budgets, media buys, specify targeting, and timelines.
- Monitor Online Channels: Respond to comments, messages, online reviews, and inquiries. Ensure all platforms comply with privacy and security protocols.
- Review Performance: Address challenges, make adjustments, and offer suggestions for best results to maximize online visibility, drive qualified traffic, increase conversions.
- Research Keywords: Ensure all content is optimized and maximized for digital searches.

**Data Collection and Reporting**
- Dashboard Metrics: Monitor, collect, and analyze data for all marketing campaigns.
- Prepare monthly executive-ready presentations summarizing findings, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommendations.

**Event Coordination**
- Plan and execute events (securing venues, sending atrand tracking invites, attendance, room decor, catering). Collaborate with vendors for seamless logistics.
