The key focus is assisting customers and the retail store manager by overseeing daily retail store operations which include: inventory management, enforcing security measures, ensuring top notch customer service and being awesome

**Responsibilities**
- Build professional relationships with consumers
- Maintain and enforce the high standard of security measures implemented to ensure the safety of staff and consumers
- Facilitate the sale of regulated cannabis by discussing cannabis products and engaging consumers in a variety of cannabis accessories
- Effectively utilize a compliant POS system and cash register
- Effectively utilize a compliant order picking system
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sales records and operational reports
- Record and report all discrepancies
- Inventory management and control
- Protect and maintain company assets and resources to include cash, inventory, keys, security codes
- Ensure the cleanliness of the store is maintained on a daily basis
- Check identification of consumers who appear to be 25 years of age or under

**Job Requirements**
- Must be 19+ years of age
- Must be available to work 35-40 hrs weekly
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must possess Cannsell cannabis certification
- Must provide a clean criminal background check from local police agencies
- Must be willing to work in 24/7 video surveillance environment
- Ability to work with iOs and Android operating systems
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
- Basic skills in math and proficiency as a sales associate
- Ability to learn, research and discuss cannabis products and accessories
- Must adhere to Harbourfront Cannabis uniform policy at all times
- Confidently represent the Harbourfront Cannabis brand
- Must have a positive mindset
- Open to diversity and individual differences
- Must be willing to work in a dog friendly environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evenings
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
