**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Fleet Dispatch Coordinator, you’ll be the linchpin that keeps our luxury fleet running smoothly. Your mission:

- **Orchestrate Operations**: Manage bookings, dispatching, tracking, and scheduling for our fleet, ensuring timely, efficient service for our clients every time.
- **Build Client Relationships**:Foster strong connections with clients to ensure every experience is memorable and flawless.
- **Ensure Quality Assurance**:Uphold the highest standards of quality by monitoring fleet performance, ensuring chauffeurs and vehicles meet Griffin’s premium expectations.
- **Adapt and Excel**: Embrace additional duties as needed, showcasing your versatility and commitment to the team’s success.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ years of experience coordinating, booking, tracking, and scheduling in a fast-paced environment,
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Operations, Business, or a related field is an asset.

**NICE TO HAVES**
- Previous experience working in the transportation industry.
- Experience managing relationships with private clientele is considered an asset.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A valid BC driver’s license and fluency in English.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and mornings or evenings as part of a 5-day shift schedule.
