Rotating Equipment Repair Shop Manager

**Cross Canada Millwright is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rotating Equipment Repair Shop Manager to join our team.**
**Responsibilities**: - Develop and execute strategies to grow our repair business, focusing on compressor turbines, pumps, and other rotating equipment. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with potential clients and maintaining existing customer accounts. - Lead the repair shop team in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining rotating equipment, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. - Oversee the machining operations, ensuring precision and accuracy in all machining tasks. - Coordinate with customers to understand their repair needs, provide quotes, and deliver exceptional customer service. - Manage the repair shop's workflow, including scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management. - Develop and implement efficient processes and standard operating procedures to optimize productivity and reduce turnaround times. - Monitor industry trends and technological advancements, staying up to date with the latest repair techniques and equipment. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote our repair services and expand our customer base. - Maintain accurate records of repairs, including detailed reports, invoices, and inventory management. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety guidelines.
