Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Interior & Exterior Painting**:

- Perform painting tasks on walls, ceilings, trim, and other substrates.
- Execute prep work, including masking, taping, patching, caulking, sanding, scraping and pressure washing..
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Operate from step ladders, extension ladders (including up to 40’), scaffolding, aerial lifts, and roofs.

**Supervisor Tasks**
- Manage a small crew to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and run weekly safety meetings.
- Ensure all team members follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and core values.
- Communicate regularly with the owner and management team about project progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

**Rate**:

- $25-$35 depending on experience
- Benefits available after 6 months.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a professional painter. (Commercial painting experience an asset)
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and aligns with our core values.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- Epoxy flooring knowing an asset

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
