Our instructors play a vital role in changing lives and positively impacting the health care sector in BC, leading students through their theory, laboratory and clinical training toward entering the work force as fully qualified and desperately needed LPNs.

**_ What you have:_**
- Passion for making a real difference required
- Current full registration with the BCCNM - **required.**:

- Three or more years of full-time nursing experience - **required.**
- Minimum 4200 hours of nursing experience
- ** Nursing experience must include experience in acute care settings and Surgical units. **Maternity experience is an asset.
- Ability to teach adult learners (mentoring / instructing)
- Provincial Instructors Diploma and previous experience or
- Aptitude and willingness to learn and obtain an Instructor Diploma (with our help)
